    The hotel of choice in Kolkata. Terrific and fairly clean place, great and kind staff with the service provided by property and there staff. Splendid and excellent breakfast with wide varieties for the start of the day. Amazing location in New Town district very close to the corrosive nature of the water and the airport and business district.

    I had a sweet stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient-right next to a fantastic mall, which made shopping a breeze. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also loved the breakfast spread; it had so many tasty options to kickstart my mornings!

    But, oh man, the service was a letdown. I had to wait ages for room service to arrive, and when it did, my order was wrong. Plus, navigating through the heavy traffic to get to other places in the city was a real drag. it was a mixed bag.

    I stayed in the room that was always kept clean and available with jacuzzi. I really enjoyed having amazing and luxury breakfast with wide varieties.

    Swissotel was conveniently located near Kolkata airport and was also attached to a nice shopping mall. It was a very stylish 5 star hotel the layout and design of the hotel and the rooms was clever and comfortable. My room was like a cone of silence and I felt pampered and relaxed in it. The outdoor pool overlooking the city was stunning but could have done with a bit of heating (it was chilly in the water in mid November). The food and services were pricey but very good. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to people who can afford it and who are picky (like me). You won't be disappointed.

    It was a bit over priced.

    Staff were the friendliest I have ever come across. Definitely the most convenient for the airport (our reason for staying).

    They had entered our booking incorrectly but quickly remedied it and gave us a complimentary car to the airport as an apology. Reflected consistently high standards of service.

    It's far frm city. No one stay nears airport for Business. Also expensive. Other properties like taj. Hyatt itc. Inside city good prime locations much cheaper in price. No price benefit
